- Login as administrator
- Create a course
Test
- Access the course with edit mode enabled
- Click on View in the Section 2 action menu
- Confirm that "Topic 1" is displayed in the Heading section name, the breadcrumb and the course index
- Rename the section to "Custom section name" using the in-place editable
- Confirm that "Custom section name" is displayed in the Heading section name, the breadcrumb and the course index

Steps to reproduce it
- Create a course.
- Open the section page (for any of the pages).
- Enable edit mode.
- Using inline, edit the section name and press enter to save changes.
Expected behaviour
The new section name is displayed properly in all the places where it appears (like course index or breadcrumb).
Current behaviour
The new section name is only displayed properly below the breadcrumbs. If the page is reloaded, it's also displayed properly in the rest of the places.
