This might fix this double lines issue although I don't know exactly whether the line should have been indented as well.

In a course, add some activities and resources.

Indent two adjacent resources to the right.

Verify there aren't any double lines in the indented resources.

Activities and resources have double lines when indented.

To reproduce: activate "Allow indentation on course page" for format_topic or format_week and indent an activity.
