TinyMCE source code viewer has limited height

      1. Log in as a user
      2. Navigate to User menu -> Preferences -> Edit profile
      3. Find the TinyMCE editor
      4. Clear the entire content of it if there was any
      5. From the "Tools" menu, choose "Source code"
      6. Press the tab button until the Save or Cancel button is selected
      7. Now click on the white background area of the "Source code" section (see large section in the attached screenshot)
      8. Type some content
        1. Confirm the content you typed is entered in to the source code region

      Our custom HTML plugin for Tiny has a really small clickable height when there is no content.

      It defaults to the size of the editable content. If there is no content, then there is one empty line, and that's all you can click on, which leads to a confusing experience when nothign happens.
