As commented in MDL-80620 in "Default activity completion page" the collapse/expand chevron buttons styles are not consistent with the same type of buttons used in settings pages or course sections.

Using the combination of .btn.btn-icon.icons-collapse-expand classes in the buttons should make them consistent.

Confirm this is the expected solution.
