Identified while reviewing MDL-72923.

After applying the patch in MDL-72923, the messaging drawer includes several h3 sub-headings when displaying search results for the headings (Contacts / Non-contacts), but the contacts are always displayed using h6. It should be reviewed to guarantee they have the expected level heading or completely remove it if it's not needed.
