Noted by lsansone while testing MDLQA-18633 during the 4.4 QA cycle.

The testing steps are as follows:

Prerequisites

• Create three courses: course1, course2 and course3.

Testing

1. An admin, go to Site adminstration > Users > Accounts > Upload users and upload the attached file "QA_user_enrol.txt"
2. Finish the upload process, navigate to each course participants page and verify the users have been enrolled.
3. Repeat step 1 but now upload the file "QA_user_suspend.txt", changing the Upload type to 'Update existing users only'.
4. Finish the upload process, navigate to each course participants page and verify:
   1. learner1 user has active enrolment in course1 and course2 but is suspended in course3.
   2. learner2 user has active enrolment in course1 and course3 but is suspended in course2.

Improvement

After uploading "QA_user_suspend.txt" file on step 3, the UI shows incomplete confirmation messages, which may be misleading. It shows the users have been enrolled on the course in green, but does not indicate their enrolment status is suspended. We potentially also do not need to indicate they were enrolled, because only their enrolment status changed (they were originally enrolled in step 1).

This issue is about reviewing the "Upload users" confirmation UI, and improving the accuracy of information in the Enrolments column.
