While reviewing MDL-70384 with the UX team, it was raised that the sticky footer displayed in the database fields page with only a link to "View templates" should be removed because:

• It's weird (the sticky footer usually contains actions and, in that case, it's a navigation link that is also located in the secondary navigation).
• If we want to avoid users editing templates (until this page is improved), is better not to have extra links pointing them to this page.
