As a teacher, create a quiz with some questions.
Navigate to Questions > Grade items setup and create some grade items.
Action 1: Observe the menu item
Click on the three dots icon in each Grade item row and observe:
The "Delete" button only appears when the grade item does not belong to any question.
When the grade item does not have any feedback, the menu item content will be "Add overall feedback."
When one or more feedback items exist, the menu item will be "Edit overall feedback."
Action 2: Add overall feedback
Click 'Add overall feedback' and observe:
A modal will appear.
The modal title will be formatted as 'Overall feedback for "<grade item name>"'.
By default, the feedback for the grade boundary of 100% will be displayed with empty content.
To add more feedback, the teacher can click on the plus icon.
Action 4: Show feedback.
Based on the grade of each attempt per user, the appropriate feedback will be displayed.

Currently, in the quiz the teacher can set up Overall feedback based on the total quiz grade:
If a quiz has multiple sub-grade items set up, then we would like to add an option for teacher to add feedback like this to each of those grade items.
Need to work out the best way to incorporate this into the UI.
