- Open Grant attempts dropdown
- Ensure there are 2 options - Manual and Automatically until passed with help text visible (as on attached screenshot). Currently selected option must be checked and highlighted

Team Alpha - Sprint 4 I1-2024
This matter extends from the enhancements made to the assignment settings page in MDL-80741.
This issue aims to improve the UI of the 'Additional attempts' setting by replacing the currently utilized select form element with a 'choicedropdown' form element.
Also, the help text associated with the setting needs to be removed, and instead, a description for each available option should be added into the choice dropdown as demonstrated on the prototype.
(Note: The option 'Automatically,' included in the prototype under the 'Additional attempts' setting, falls outside the scope and should be disregarded)
