1. I select a question from the global questionbank of questions (see MDL-81422_picture_1.png)
2. I update the filters using the "Apply filter" button, but no questions from the global questionbank are displayed (see MDL-81422_picture_2.png)
3. BUT: If I edit a question from the global questionbank and save it again immediately, the tags from the global questionbank are then displayed correctly (see MDL-81422_picture_3.png)
