Gradebook popover is positioned below the table footer, so an option can't be seen

      1. Login as admin
      2. Create a course
      3. Add one gradable activity (e.g. assignment)
      4. Enrol several students in the course
      5. Go to the Grader report in the course and turn 'Edit mode' on.
      6. Filter the students using any of the filters, ensuring that only 1 student is displayed in the grader report.
        (note: make sure a horizontal scroll on the page is NOT present)
      7. In the grader report table, open the contextual menu that is next to the grade input for the student
        • confirm that the dropdown menu is not cut-off by the overall average row.
      8. Now remove all the filters to ensure all participants are displayed in the grader report table
        (note: make sure a horizontal scroll is present on the page; if not reduce the height of the page or add more students to increase the height of the table)
      9. Scroll vertically on the page
        • confirm that the average row is sticky
      10. While the average row is pinned (sticky), attempt opening the same of the grade contextual menus
        • confirm the dropdown menus are overflown by the sticky average row.

      I was able to reproduce this in the QA site:

      1. Open any course.
      2. Go to 'Grades'.
      3. Enable edit mode at the top-right.
      4. In 'Search users', search any user. This will make the table have only 1 row, the user you searched.
      5. Click the "..." button next to any grade. The popover is below the table footer, as it's seen in the screenshot.
