Steps to reproduce:

Create a course
Create a quiz
In the quiz settings open "Review options" section
Click on the help icon for "Marks"
- Expected: Help tooltip opens
- What happens: "Maximum marks" checkbox receives the click

- - Sort By Name
  - Sort By Date
  - Ascending
  - Descending
  - Thumbnails
  - List
  - Download All
