Activity with only "Receive a grade" for the completion condition is being shown as "Failed" in the course index

      1. As admin create a course with 'Enable completion tracking' = Yes ans one student enrolled
      2. Go to the course and create 3 different assignments:
        • Passed: Grade to pass 50 and Completion conditions = Receive a grade - Any grade
        • Failed: Grade to pass 50 and Completion conditions = Receive a grade - Any grade
        • Passing grade required: Grade to pass 50 and Completion conditions = Receive a grade - Passing grade
      3. Grade enrolled student in the assignments with the following grades:
        • Passed: 90
        • Failed: 10
        • Passing grade required: 10
      4. Log out as admin and log in as student
      5. Navigate to the course
      6. Confirm 'Passed' assignment has a green bullet in the course index
      7. Confirm 'Failed' assignment has a green bullet in the course index
      8. Confirm 'Passing grade required' assignment has a red cross in the course index

      To reproduce:

      1. Create a course with completion tracking enabled
      2. Create an assignment within that course and set a passing grade and the activity completion condition to "Receive a grade"
      3. Save the changes
      4. Grade a student s1 with a failing grade
      5. Log in as s1 (failing grade) and go to the course homepage

       

      Expected result

      This activity should appear in the course index as "Done".

       

      Current result

      This activity is displayed as "Failed" in the course index.

       

       

      It was fixed in MDL-79726 for the activity card so probably applying the same approach to the course index should work.
