At FeedbackFruits we redirect from our API domain (e.g. https://us-api.feedbackfruits.com/) to the domain that hosts the webapp (e.g. https://us.feedbackfruits.com) in the launch request. Since Moodle grants camera/microphone and other browser permissions to the Tool URL (added in MDL-66810, source), the API domain is granted access, not the webapp domain, preventing students and teachers from using their cameras/microphones inside FeedbackFruits.

Is it possible to coerce/set Moodle to grant access either to a custom domain or to any domain (permissions set to *)?
