Inactive phases have an insufficient colour contrast ratio and do not meet the WCAG Level AA requirement of 4.5:1 for normal texts. We'll need to update the phases table to indicate inactive phases while meeting minimum colour contrast requirements.

💡 UX Proposal

Inactive phases should use the Secondary/Grey-700 for the text color so it has enough color contrast.
