Before Moodle 4.4 in the "Browse list of users", we are displaying some identity fields (plus custom profile fields) as columns and all of them as filters regardless the selection in showuseridentity setting.
Since 4.4 with the migration of this report to -> RB system report, the columns displayed respect this setting but the filters don't, so in order to be consistent with the new approach let's change it making both work in the same way displaying only the selected fields in the above setting mentioned.
