The task of cleaning up orphaned or unused H5P content after deleting some activities/resources leaves behind unused H5P export files that unnecessarily take up memory space.

steps to reproduce:

• Create a new course
• Add an H5P activity to the course (upload h5p file)
• database entries look like in the attached screenshots (h5p_1.png, h5p_2.png)
• delete h5p activity or entire course
• run the h5p_clean_orphaned_records_task
• database entries look like in the attached screenshots (h5p_3.png, h5p_4.png)
• the h5p filearea export file remained in the database and is taking up space
