Frequently Used Comment in Assignment is inserted twice when using Chrome

      Setup

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Create a user
      3. Create a course
      4. Enrol user as student in course
      5. Add an Assignment activity to course
        • Grading method: Marking guide
      6. View new assignment activity
      7. Press Define new grading form from scratch
        • Name: Test
        • Click to edit criterion name: Hello
        • Maximum score: 50
        • Press Add frequently used comment to create three comments
      8. Press Save marking guide and make it ready

      Manual test (in both Firefox & Chrome browsers)

      1. Navigate to assignment activity
      2. Press Grade
      3. Press Insert frequently used comment
      4. Use keyboard (tab key) to select a comment from modal
      5. Hit return on keyboard
      6. Confirm selected comment is inserted once into text area
      7. Press Insert frequently used comment (again)
      8. Use keyboard (tab key) to select a different comment from modal
      9. Hit space on keyboard
      10. Confirm selected comment is inserted once into text area

      When using Google Chrome and or Chromium based browsers, the comments option for "Insert frequently used comment" is inserted twice when using the Tab and Enter key.

      1. Create a course and enrol students.
      2. Turn edit mode to On.
      3. Add an assignment
      4. Select Marking guide as the grading method.
      5. Save and display.
      6. Click "Define new grading form from scratch"
      7. Criterion name = test, Criterion description for students = test, description for Markers = test, Maximum score=50
      7. Add a name. Click "Add frequently used comment" and add 3 entries.
      8. Click Save marking guide and make it ready.
      9. Click "Grade".
      10. On the list of students, click "Grade" for one of the students.
      11. On the grading screen page, click "Insert frequently used comment".
      12. On the popup, use "tab" key and press enter for your choice. Note that pressing "space" instead of enter, inserts the comment once only.

      RESULT:
      The comment is inserted twice.

      EXPECTED:
      The comment is inserted once only.
