Permission page search input fields unfathomably wide

      2. Create/navigate to a course
      3. Press Participants
      4. Change navigation to Permissions
      5. Confirm the Filter input field is reasonably narrow
      6. Change Advanced role override to Teacher
      7. Wait for page to reload
      8. Confirm the Filter input field is reasonably narrow
      9. Press back in your browser
      10. Change navigation to Check permissions
      11. Confirm the Search input field is reasonably narrow

      This is a regression from MDL-75670, observe:

      This was actually mostly fixed by MDL-81213, however that change only considered elements with an .mform ancestor, which isn't the case on these permission pages (nor will it be in other as yet undiscovered pages??)

      mikelmartíncorrales loves messing around with Bootstrap, so he surely has a more splendid solution
