The workflow implemented in MDL-77272 direct users from the 'Logs' section within any activity 'More' menu to the 'Reports > Logs' tab at the course menu level.

The proposal made from UX aimed at adding an additional 'Logs' page to each activity 'More' menu for the individual logs of that particular activity; hence the rationale to remove the Course and Activity dropdown selectors in the filters ONLY for the activity level logs.

This improvement is to remove these selectos to avoid complex and unintuitive workflows, showing only the relevant information for the activity context.
