When viewing a page with a report from Report builder in mobile view, some breakpoints don't seem to work well and the navigation and report filter button seem to get moved to the left of the page.

To reproduce this go to any page with a report like "Browse list of users" or "Custom reports list", switch to mobile view and change the width of the screen. I attach screencast from the bug.
