Course index: the chevron and the section name are too close

      When I was testing MDL-81510 I used a great deal of the course index. And one of the issue I encountered was that the click on the chevron next to the section name, if it was slightly out of the area was directly loading the section, making the expand/collapse sometimes a painful experience (with a page navigation to the section itself).

       

      I am wondering if we could not put some extra spacing around the chevron to make it more useable.
