Steps to reproduce

Create a database activity
Add, at least, 1 field
Go to the Presets tab
In the Actions button, select Publish preset on this site. Give a name to the preset (for instance, "Preset 1")
For the last preset in the list, open the kebab menu

Expected behaviour

All the options are displayed (Use this preset, Preview, Edit, Export and Delete)

Current behaviour

A few options are not visible because the sticky footer is stacked on top of it:

It's working as expected in 4.2.
