Changing mod/quiz:reviewmyattempts for the Student role to 'prevent' so students cannot review their quiz attempt also means that you cannot show results for separate groups in the Grader report for quizzes.

The quiz grade report shows the following message 'There are no students in this group yet' even though there are enrolled students in the selected group and the number of attempts from students in the group is given. See screenshot below.

The grades report appears to check whether a user has permission to attempt the quiz and review their previous attempts, but it should check whether a user has permission to attempt a quiz or review their attempt.
