I am using Moodle 4.4

I create a course.

I create an activity like Quiz.

No when I import question bank in it.

First thing "General" Drop down is always closed and it should be open like "File format" and "Import questions from file".

Second thing default "Import category" must be that activity's category not that course's category.

Please think about it.
