Open browser developer console (Ensure Warnings are shown)

Navigate to User > Accounts > User profile fields in site administration

Press Create a new profile field > Text area

Confirm once modal/editor loads there are no warnings in browser console similar to:

If an editor instance doesn't define the filepicker and/or draftitemid configuration options, then the following is observed in the browser console upon load:

18:53:57.404 Invalid value passed for the moodle:filepickers option. The value must be a object. tinymce.js:30358:19

18:53:57.405 Invalid value passed for the moodle:draftitemid option. The value must be a number. tinymce.js:30358:19

Reported during Workplace 4.4 QA (this wasn't the form that triggered the warning during QA, it's just one of the easier ones in Moodle to use to reproduce the same)
