Some next buttons during web installation does not have a form ancestor

      This bug has been identified while working on the new web installation Behat test, see MDLSITE-7695.

      At the moment is not possible to finish the installation running Behat because there are a couple of Next buttons that doesn't have a form ancestor and the test fails:

           And I press "Next"                                                                                                                                                      # Context\FeatureContext::pressButton()
      		 
            The selected node does not have a form ancestor. (LogicException)
