Enrolment plugins listed in Courses group on the Admin page but breadcrumbs on that page show it in the Users group

Sounds like the move of Enrolment plugin administration from Users to Courses was done half-heartedly. On the Admin page, the link is shown in the Courses group but on the Enrolment plugins page the breadcrumbs show Users instead of Courses.
