UX Task: New failed states for the activity completion dropdown in course page

      Right now we have two states only to show the activity completion in the course page: To-do and Done.

      But we have 3 states in the course index: empty bullet for incomplete, green bullet for complete, and a red cross for failed. 

      We need this failed status also for course page.
