Without my patch
- Import the backup backup-moodle2-activity-90-quiz90-20240531-1150-nu.mbz
to a course. - Open up the quiz and verify that you get the following error. It may not occur on the first attempt, so retry a couple of times until you get it.
With my patch
- Import the backup backup-moodle2-activity-90-quiz90-20240531-1150-nu.mbz to a course.
- Open up the quiz and verify that you do not get the following error. For good measure retry a couple of times and verify that you still do not get an error.

I get the following error in my mod_quiz.
I've provided a backup of it: backup-moodle2-activity-90-quiz90-20240531-1150-nu.mbz
It only occurs periodically, so you have to reattempt until it happens.
