Problem : After defining site categories and purposes in data registry, unused users are automatically deleted by cron task (data requests are automatically generated, approved...and all their datas are supposed to be deleted). But some of these users personnal datas are still stored in the mdl_user table (perhaps in some other tables).

Solution : all personnal datas of deleted users have to be deleted by the pricacy task in cron.
