[Workshop] Error message in settings page after student's submission

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Create a user
      3. Create a course
      4. Enrol user as student
      5. Add Workshop activity to course
        • Submission grade to pass: 40
        • Assessment grade to pass: 15
        • Completion conditions:
          • Add requirements
          • Receive a grade: Submission
          • Passing grade
      6. After saving, press Switch to the submission stage
      7. Log out
      8. Log in as student
      9. Navigate to Workshop activity
      10. Press Add submission and complete form
      11. Log out
      12. Log in as admin
      13. Navigate to Workshop activity
      14. Press Close workshop
      15. From activity navigation, choose Settings
      16. Confirm there is no error
      17. Confirm the following form fields are frozen:
        • Submission grade to pass
        • Assessment grade to pass

      Log in as admin Create a user Create a course Enrol user as student Add Workshop activity to course Submission grade to pass: 40 Assessment grade to pass: 15 Completion conditions: Add requirements Receive a grade: Submission Passing grade After saving, press Switch to the submission stage Log out Log in as student Navigate to Workshop activity Press Add submission and complete form Log out Log in as admin Navigate to Workshop activity Press Close workshop From activity navigation, choose Settings Confirm there is no error Confirm the following form fields are frozen: Submission grade to pass Assessment grade to pass

      Step to reproduce :

      1. Create a course with one teacher and 3 students
      2. Create a workshop activity with the parameters like in the 2 images below

        1. Grading settings
        2. Completion conditions
      3. In the Assessment form
        1. Fill description for Aspect 1 and Aspect 2
      4.  Switch to the submission phase
      5. For each student, add a submission
      6. With the teacher's account :
        1. Switch to the assessment phase
        2. Switch to the evaluation phase
        3. Switch to the closed phase
      7. Activate mode debug from Site adminstration (with admin's account)
      8. Go to Settings page of the workshop's activity
        ==> Error message display like in the image below
