core_user_get_users auth criteria does not return first and lastname

      We created a seperated Webservice role to use the function core_user_get_users. 

      This role has the permissions: See full user identity in listsmoodle/site:viewuseridentity

      When we call the core_user_get_users we see all usersfields we expect. 
      Though when we use the criteria: auth , then the output does not show Firstname and lastname 

      note: when we give the account site admin permission the 2 fields appear
