Within a workplace environment there may be many occasions where staff members may want a place to report or record things anonymously including peer feedback etc.  The alternative is currently a plugin which feels very disconnected to the forums activity.

It would be useful to be able to set a forum up with the option available for anonymous entries allowed, and on each person making an entry they can click or select to keep their identity private.

To support this it would also be good to have approval option for forums to allow for moderation

Although this could be done on moodle also, it is more important to the workplace environment in my opinion
