I would like to

add glossary entries as a draft and make it visible when finished.

In the glossary it is not possible for teachers to hide their own entry. This is problematic if the entry is still in draft status. A workaround is to add the entry (visible for everyone) and then click on "undo the approval" (see screenshot 1).

Suggestions for improvement

• Add the parameter "Hide entry" on the "Add entry" page. The section "Auto-linking" could therefore renamed to "Appearance" (see screenshot 2).
• Add the capability "Hide entry". With this new capability it is possible to allow students or non-editing teachers to add drafts.
