1. Login as admin.
2. Create a course
3. Create a sub category under the course category.
4. Go to Course question bank
5. We should not see any question.
6. Select the sub category that is not the default.
7. Click Apply filters
8. We should not see any question.
9. Click "Create a new question"
10. Verify The current category in the form is the sub category
11. Create new question
12. Verify We should see the question appear in the question bank
13. Verify the question is placed in the sub category
