Question bank: Newly created questions should be added to selected category

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Navigate to a course's Question bank.
      2. Select a category that is not the default.
      3. Click on "Create a new question ..." and select the type.

      Expected behavior:

      • The newly created question should be automatically placed inside the previously chosen category (as used to happen in Moodle 3, at least).

      Actual behavior:

      • The newly created question will be placed by default in the default category.
      • If one forgets to manually change the question's category, one will have to move the question later on.
