Feedback response action bar doesn't correctly identify site course

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Add a Feedback activity to site homepage
        • Question and submission settings:
          • Record user names: User's name will be logged and shown with answers
      3. Press Responses from activity secondary menu
      4. Confirm there is no navigation element to show non-respondents
      5. Create a course
      6. Add a Feedback activity to course
        • Question and submission settings:
          • Record user names: User's name will be logged and shown with answer.
      7. Press View responses from activity
      8. Confirm there is navigation element to show non-respondents

      This comparison of $this->course from MDL-71914 is non-sensical because the property is an object (so can't be compared to an integer)
