Behat failure on "Add a token to user identified by name and then delete that token"

      We've started seeing a failure on "Add a token to user identified by name and then delete that token" since this build

      Apparently it started after MDL-79496 which was integrated on 14th of June, but the mystery is home come this only started to fail now.
