Create a course C1 with :
- 4 sections (default)
- 1 subsection with an assignment activity inside
- 2 assignments and one of them being restricted by date (date of tomorrow) so the lock icon displays in the course index.
Tests
- In non editing mode got to course C1 and
- Ensure that when you hover over each item in the course index, the mouse is changing to a pointer when on a link (mostly section and activities)
- Go in editing mode
- For each item (section, subsection and assignment):
- Ensure that you see the cursor changing to "move" when on an activity/section/subsection link and more generally on the item
- Ensure that when you hover over the chevron the mouse moves back to a "normal" pointer (action/click)
- Ensure there is no more drag icon (
) on the course item (see screenshot)
- Ensure that the item for subsections takes the full width of the course index.

This issue is part of the course hierarchy project.
From Moodle4 .5. Moodle will represent subsections represented in the course index.
The subsections will add even more indentation to some course index elements. For example, an activity indented inside a subsection will have two extra white spaces at the beginning (one from the subsection, one from the indentation). The item can have some icons on the end, such as the lock icon or the completion.
This issue is about implementing the solution proposed by UX about the move icons in the course index (MDL-82375).
