Login in as admin user to test this.

Go to Site admin > Courses > Restore course.

You should see "Restore" heading, when the user language is set to English.

Change the user language to another language, eg: Deutsch (de)

The heading to be translated and not show "restore".

Login in as admin user to test this. Go to Site admin > Courses > Restore course. You should see "Restore" heading, when the user language is set to English. Change the user language to another language, eg: Deutsch (de) The heading to be translated and not show "restore".

When you access the Restore course page from Site admin > Courses > Restore course, the "restore" heading is not passed through the get_string() call.

Here is a screenshot with showing origins of language strings and language switched to "de".

"restore" does not show any associated lang string.

This seems to affect 4.4 and main branches.
