In Moodle 4.2, in the list of all badges report (e.g. https://school.moodledemo.net/badges/?type=1 - log in as manager), the number in the 'Recipients' column was a clickable link through to the list of badge recipients (e.g. https://school.moodledemo.net/badges/recipients.php?id=6).

Since Moodle 4.3, that table cell is just a number. This was a probably a side-effect of the ~~MDL-77061~~ changes.

The lost link was very useful, so we should put it back.
