Remove non-SVG icons

      1. From the Moodle folder, run the following command: 

        find ./pix \( -path ./pix/g -o -path ./pix/s -o -path ./pix/u -o -path ./pix/y \) -prune -o \( -name "*.png" -o -name "*.jpg" -o -name "*.gif" \) -print

      2. Check all the icons listed are any of the following:
        1. Appear in the list of icons to be deprecated/removed in MDL-82460
        2. pix/moodlelogo.png
        3. pix/moodlelogo_grayhat.png
        4. pix/moodlenet.png
        5. pix/i/ajaxloader.gif
        6. pix/i/colourpicker.png
        7. pix/i/test.png
        8. pix/spacer.gif

      While working on MDL-82211, I realised most of the icons have a duplicated png/jpg/gif icon. 

      As it was done for the MIME icons (MDL-78884) and also for the new activity icons (MDL-78284 ), these PNG/JPG/GIF icons are redundant if an SVG file is given so they can be removed because they only add extra files to Moodle and make maintenance more complicated.

      This issue is to remove all the redundant icons listed in the pix/ folder (the extra icons included in icons will be removed in separate issues while reviewing the font-awesome icon and the SVG).
