Run the following command to create a course with a few badges: php admin/tool/generator/cli/runtestscenario.php --feature="absolute/path/to/file.feature" It might fail while creating the users if they already exist in your local instance. If that's the case, this error can be ignored.   Manual test Login as admin. Go to the course "Testing course for MDL-82503 " and access Badges. Check the "Manage badges" button is not displayed. Check all the badges in the course are displayed (even if they are still not available). Check the column "Issued to me" is displayed and is not empty for the badges the admin has been awarded ("Published course badge").
