This is a follow up of MDL-81756 

From the previous ticket:

The uploaded presentation file can be viewed by a student on the activity page.  This doesn't require access to the plugin settings and the file is available under the 'Presentation File' section when the plugin detects a file has been uploaded.

However there are cases where teacher might not want students to access the slides ahead of time e.g. quizzes or polls

The purpose of this ticket is to create a new setting that will show/hide the presentation file for students on the activity page
