It's been nearly eight years since they were rendered obsolete (in ~~MDL-53227~~ & ~~MDL-53449~~ respectively), let's remove them

The unfiltered access to $_GET is also not great

has to be done after

MDL-53227 Remove file mod/feedback/complete_guest.php as it 95% repeats complete.php
