On LMS 4.0 the parameter 'Enable web services for mobile devices' (enablemobilewebservice) changed places from Administration > Mobile app > Mobile settings to Administration > Advanced features.

When the Moodle app is not enabled for a LMS site, on Notifications there is a 'Enable web services for mobile devices' button:

But the button is linked to the wrong place (the "old" place Mobile settings, /admin/settings.php?section=mobilesettings):

When it should go to the current one (Advanced features, admin/settings.php?section=optionalsubsystems):
