Required field: Yes

Options:

Confirm

Radio buttons

Two

Multi-select list

Two

Add an entry

Tick the Confirm field

Leave the other fields blank

Save

Edit the entry

Confirm there are no warnings on page

Select Two option for the Radio buttons & Multi-select list fields

Save

Edit the entry

Confirm the same fields are still selected

See following when editing optional database fields that haven't previously been filled in:
