The Grader Report now links enrolled users to their system level profile instead of linking to the user's course level profile.

This functionality has changed since at least 4.1, where the grader report correctly linked to the user's course level profile.

-Create a course
-Enroll a user as a student

• Navigate to Grader Report
  -Select the enrolled user's profile from the Grader Report

Observed Behavior: The profile link directs to the user's system level profile

Expected Behavior: The grader report should link to the user's course level profile.
