Revamp the existing 'Download in Folders' option on the assignment submissions page by integrating it into the tertiary navigation, aligned with the ‘Actions’ dropdown menu.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      1. Integration into Tertiary Navigation:
        • Add the 'Download in Folders' option as a checkbox toggle within the tertiary navigation area.
        • Ensure this option is in line with the ‘Actions’ dropdown menu for consistent placement and easy access.
      2. User Preference Storage:
        • Save the user's last selected state for the 'Download in Folders' option as a user preference.
        • Apply this preference when the user revisits the assignment submissions page to maintain a consistent experience.
      3. UI Cleanup:
        • Remove the old 'Download in Folders' option from below the submissions table to streamline the interface and avoid redundancy.
      4. Automated Testing:
        • Implement automated tests to verify the correct functionality of the new 'Download in Folders' option within the tertiary navigation.
