I don't think this is an issue in Boost, but is a problem in other themes (e.g. which put the question bank display in a scrolling container - OU theme):

There is a simple fix for this, already used elsewhere in ~~MDL-77375~~, ~~MDL-78715~~. It seems worth applying that here.
